Traditional marriage - works for me

As I approach my 38th birthday and my 21st wedding anniversary - yes, married very young - I look back on a wonderful relationship based on traditional roles and values, the joys of being a mother and now a grandmother. Christopher has always been Head of the Home and it's the perfect life. Not for everyone, I know, but it works for me.

Had one kid up where I grew up that was a father at age 11. Lots of girls on the res were mother's by age 15 and grandmother's by 35. I think one was even a great grandmother by then. My grandmothers friend Margret Peterson was in a photo with five generations under her.
I guess we grew up faster on the farm. Lots of work to keep you busy all year if you have cows and chickens and a garden. Canning in the fall...
