How does she do it?

So today when I went to the “people” page several different times hours apart I clicked on the profile of a user with an avatar of a woman in a dress, but [i]every time[/i] I clicked on her I was redirected to a profile with a different (though somewhat similar) name and no avatar. Can anyone explain to me this phenomenon? As far as I know she’s still active.
