I told this guy to stop calling me and he won’t stop.

He literally calls everyday and I texted him saying stop calling and he text me saying call him when I’m not busy tf. The other day he called me over 40 times.

Have you blocked him and marked it as a harassment phone call on your phone?
If you get a police report most phone networks will change your number for free.
Also, put the true caller app on your phone.
