Say, if you find a post that doesn't interest you or bores you or makes you wonder why it's even a thing, then just move along and ignore it. Blocking and muting works like magic if the post disturbs or annoys you enough. That's what I do.

But I've seen some people deliberately comment on people's posts just to say that they don't care or wonder in writing why the post is significant. I get it. We feel that way sometimes. But those posts can be important to another person. What makes it unimportant to you doesn't lessen its importance for them.

It's just respect. Is it really so hard? I hope not.

The only thing those comments are showing me are that the commenters aren't worth my time.
