Nothing wrong with salads.

If you know how to make them right.
I used to hate them until I worked at a salad restaurant.

A restaurant that only has salads.
Interesting.
It's also interesting you came to like them after that.
Usually it's the other way around working somewhere that sells food like that.

@minxy It was a deli, I got hired to be the manager by the owner. They had sandwiches and salads, but salads were 70% of our business.
There is a lot of secrets to make a good salad. There are very few places you can find one.
I eat them every day it's usually at least one of my meals lol

@PepsiColaP The secret to a great salad is to get rid of all the water. Icebath the lettuce and then spin it. And every topping you add must be free of water/juice. Then when you add the dressing, it will not be watered down, it will be the best tasting salad you ever had.
@carsonfry yes although I dont mind it cause I usually add a bunch of olive oil too ,like Jamie Oliver teaspoon quantity which equals a whole bottle per every other metric system

@PepsiColaP I agree. Olive oil is great as long as you do not have any water on the salad.

I’m totally down for a salad. I eat one every day. I make it fresh with my own hands. It’s a real good one too!
