Is it possible to bruise your own foot and brake a broke while sleeping?
The top of my foot is severely bruised and it’s discolored, I don’t know if there’s a broken bone but it does hurt a lot.

It’s only on the top and one of the sides of the foot so I don’t think it’s broken at all but it does hurt to walk but that’s pretty normal I think @Tryingtomoveforward

@Itsjustbrit hmm if you have broken it before it may be that you have fractured the bone, it depends on what you kicked during the night?
