How do you deal with a control freak at work?

The coworker that’s always telling you how you should do your job and attempts to correct what you say when really there’s nothing wrong with what you’re saying- you’re just not saying it the same exact way they would 🙄

Stop working when you're being policed to find fault. just face the one policing .. and ask YES!

And to avoid being not allowed to speak, take time to think and rest their mind .. never reply when their mind is hot .. instead offer a glass of water or just act blur and make them rephrase the question as many times ..

I usually say I will think and reply by email ..
