Tell them, "Thanks I'll take that into consideration." Then I overthink on it to decide if I do it their way or my way.
@midnightrose I started that way at the beginning until I realized that by going his way made him feel empowered to challenge me based on his opinions. He’s got to understand that I’m allowed to be independent and make decisions. He’s not the “dad” of the company!
