How do you deal with a control freak at work?

The coworker that’s always telling you how you should do your job and attempts to correct what you say when really there’s nothing wrong with what you’re saying- you’re just not saying it the same exact way they would 🙄

@KuroNeko but then you satisfy them by giving them the power to take control of your job function(s). Who’s to say they won’t turn that against you later when they finally realize they aren’t down with all the extra work.

@DecafD Right now this person is making work for me so I'll gladly let them take care of their own shit which apparently is too beneath them to sort out.

@DecafD Absolutely. He's temporary anyway, he has come in all guns blazing and pissed everyone off. Some people are just power hungry.
