Increased appetite and thirst. Is it normal?

I’m 26 years old (a male) and an average 180 pounds. I eat healthy foods and drink lots of water, even still I get dehydrated. My doctor gave me a medical checkup and saw nothing wrong and said it was “normal”. Do you agree? Disagree?

When you say dehydrated are you referring to a faster than normal heartbeat or thirst?
@DecafD Thirst
@MyLegGuy2020 could be metabolism or that you’re just changing. If your doctor days you’re okay, then I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Maybe try a better drink with electrolytes so you don’t feel like you constantly thirsty.
