What is your veiw on parents who smack there kids as disapline was you ever smacked as a kid growing up

It's usually stupid, lazy parenting - instead of dealing with a behavior issue in a nuanced way, just beat and hrutalize the child. Maybe throw in some humuliation, too. After all - what's the kid gonna do? Fight back? 🤣
