to search for keywords in posts, groups and usernames. what else?

We were already able to search for people and groups already and that's why I ask.

@adhane05: Why not actually think about it for a second or use it for yourself to find out, instead of relying on asking other people?

@FindTheBlue: I am saying that I have searched for users and groups before and I find it simple enough already. So I have thought about it and that is why I was a bit puzzled by the new feature. I suppose it is helpful for other users to see everything all at once, but it doesn't seem necessary for me.
