1st of all, don't think, just do it. The Judge will give zero merit to an idea that obviously looks like a contingency plan. Check your self in and the leverage has begun in your favour 100%.

@SW-User 🙄 How much money would you willingly give to avoid any jail time? $5k? $8k? $10k, free will be what you won't get (freedom)if you use a County Social Worker and get a Commitment Letter with intent to check in upon approval, this may work.
