My back hurts ..AGAIN.I am worried what if this pain persists for a long time although the x Ray showed nothing

It must be a nerve problem ..like in the spine not in vertebrae

I would seriously download or buy Chronic Pain: Your Key to Recovery by Georgie Oldfield. It builds on the work of a guy called Dr John Sarno. My mother cured her back pain of about 11 years with this. At least check the book out. Good luck :)
