You have to leave and your account will be put on a hiatus status. When you log back in there will be an option to permanently delete your account. So you click on that. And then after like 40 hours I believe your account is deleted

there is a 'leave SW' button near the bottom of the Settings Page

you have to contact them through email and come up with a reason why they should delete it. usually this doesnt end up leading anywhere unless there's a real danger to your person.
