How to reset password?
I have been trying to reset my password as I have forgotten it (only can log on via PC as it remembers my password) but I don't even get a reset email in my junk folder :/ Does anyone know a way to fix this?

Verify your account, then reset the password - I think they only do it if you are verified...

@HootyTheNightOwl Thanks :) I verified my account just now, but I think I will have to wait for the verification to go through
@MissMoon Yes, you'll have to wait for approval, then reset your password, then you can remove the verification if you want to.
