How to reset password?

I have been trying to reset my password as I have forgotten it (only can log on via PC as it remembers my password) but I don't even get a reset email in my junk folder :/ Does anyone know a way to fix this?

Easy. In the work menu, under account settings, choose "Change Password". The work menu is symbolized by three horizontal bars in the right corner:

@helenS If you have a Mac, all passwords are stored in a program called "keychain".
