Why do i keep getting contacted by people and when i try to reply it says im not allowed? Even if they are in same age range as me? I

I dont have any ages blocked or anyone blocked unless they are meanies but other girls in my age range show up as i cant contact them and i get super sad about it

@DarKpixie was chatting with someone for weeks then go to check msgs and says I can't reply and I can't see their profile. so I guess they blocked me but I dunno :(
