How do labels work?

I've posted one story - and it got labelled as 'adult' and 'fetish' and it was neither.

I mean how do these things get assigned and why?

And is there anything I can do about it.

I find it really very disturbing that a story about something that happened to me when I was 13 gets labelled in this way.
