Will SW set it so that only questions are posted in the questions section and statements automatically post in the stories section by default?

That should clear up some of the clutter in the questions section and make real questions easier to find.

Doubtful. Some statements have no corresponding group. People will just continue to have the option of responding or moving on, as they do now.
