Why are the older generations always so negative and critical to the younger?

I have guys almost half my age working with me and we all get along fine. I still remember when I was real young but I had pretty cool parents and we did almost every thing with them.
I have no negativity towards anyone younger. In fact it makes less work for me!

@SW-User Men are generally much more supportive and dude bro types. Women are too but because of jealousy or insecurity (maybe self hatred) they aren't
