Have you been blocked for answering a question with a joke?
I just have been. My joke wasn't remotely "sick" but the person who blocked me said it was and blocked me for that reason. I mean, why?

@FrankietheFly Just about everyone here has been blocked for stupid reasons and SEASONED folks know enough to NOT CARE...you won't get any satisfaction being that thin skinned. There was nothing sick about your joke but something wacko about the person who said it was sick. If you can't ignore that kind of person...you really should not be on a social site

@FrankietheFly I'm not sure we define "thin skinned" the same way. I'm talking about overly sensitive people with no spine who whine incessantly when they are blocked. What is your definition of thin skinned? I've been on your side here but you seem to understand my intentions differently

@FrankietheFly you went to the extreme with that"thick skinned=not caring" There are times we have to take into consideration the source...the person who blocked you is a faceless stranger who means nothing to your life...a healthy person does NOT care that he or she blocked them and moves on...you don't seem to be able to...that is thin skinned and unhealthy

Sometimes, there's simply no good explanation as to why people get offended. There's no rhyme or reason to these things. I literally just found out I was blocked by a guy who simply didn't like the fact that I didn't agree with him. He responded, then blocked me, not even giving me a chance to see his response. Lol. I'm not going to analyze it. It's not as if I'll miss him or anyone else who blocks me. Yes, I am someone who is thick-skinned and I'm glad I am. I can't imagine spending my time wondering about why a complete stranger doesn't like my comments. I just mark him as a snowflake who is easily triggered and move on. I prefer to interact with like minded people.
