Why are large groups of people suddenly blocked?

Why is it that I now have a large group of people blocked? I didn't block anyone and some I have been chatting with for a while now. I didn't set any filters and didn't block anyone. I'd like to get rid of it so that I can talk to some of my friends.

Maybe they have their filters on..?

I doubt it, it's just one or two people, it's like a huge group, and some are ones I chat with almost every day

If they're minors then the site might have blocked them.. but other than that I have no idea.

no, their pic is blurred and says that i'm not allowed to view it. but the entire convos are still there, but i can't reply

Oh, well they're minors then.. no need to talk to them anyway.
