How can we persuade the SW admin to forbid members to be rude to each other?

They don't seem to do much about it when we report trolls for being abusive. What else are we supposed to do?

I'd much rather the SW admins control the users with multiple accounts. I suspect there's 20 trump supporters max on this site. Yet they all have 15 alternate accounts.
