If someone PMs you here, what do you do before you decide to respond?

I generally check their groups and if available, their replies. It saves me some weird exchanges.

I do that too. But if someone messages with hi and that's it? I ignore them.

@MyParentsAreProud I assume hi messages are spammed to a crapload of people hoping one will reply.
