perhaps hundreds of years of exploitation colonialism and imperialism spreading death hate and misery throughout the entire world has something to do with it

@Atomic Uh, sure, they may not have anything to do with it. But the effects of colonialism continue to this day and have changed the perception people have on the British in a lot of cultures. It really wasn't that long ago.
