Why can't we send private messages to the SW admin any more?

I have some serious trouble to report and the report system takes too long. How can I guarantee that my complaints will be dealt with in the next few days?

🤔 I didn’t know that they stopped receiving msgs.. I guess they got most of the problems encountered on SW figured out and created a search engine for it. I guess the rare ones would have to be specially reported so it tells me your problem is rare..
