So a troll is someone who complains about not wanting offensive messages sent to them?

I just saw that comment on a post and I'm baffled, lol. I haven't complained in a while, but I mean, you don't really even know what the person has had to deal with, lol. I think someone has a right to vent/complain on here for example, as long as it's not the only thing that they do. That's when it becomes annoying.
