How would you gauge someone's popularity on SW?

Is it profile views, amount of comments the user receives on posts, number of Friends/Followers (though this is sometimes hidden as is profile views)...

What is your formula?

No this is not a "popularity contest" question... I ask because I saw previous posts asking who the popular users are and I'm trying to understand HOW they come to their conclusions.

I think higher profile views ( over 1000) is more of a credibility issue . If someone has made posts , interacts , and is nice ... what else is there ?

@iMystery what I worry about are catfish and fake accounts. I’ve had to deal with both . By 1000 views a person usually is as they appear to be .

@TexChik Lol good point, though I have seen about 2 users with 1000 and above views being outed as catfish accounts lol

@iMystery yep ! After learning the lessons of EP , if I suspect I just block quietly and move on
