Why it is hard to find nit fake people who willing to have a good chat?

It's actually not hard. People will just be more receptive if you interact with and connect with them in posts first. People don't like random strangers dropping into their PMs, and what is there to talk about with someone that you know nothing about, anyway?
@SW-User I really don't like a random pm from someone I've never spoken with.
particularly because if I engage with the person, they're actually not very conversational and all I do is ask questions and get short answers until I just give up.
