It's better now you can filter to include groups friends or both. What would you prefer? Assuming you're not keen on how things are?
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
OK fair enough
I obviously havn`t explored the ui enough
fair comment
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
i would put a red face emoji but there are to many
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
they just keep scrolling
Ironicman · 56-60, M
It's easily missed and only been around a few weeks. It's a shame you can't toggle it to stay on as a default if you sign in or out. At least I don't think you can do that. I'm just hoping they bring an App out. Now that will be good
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
oh they will bring an app before improvemnts to online
APPS is the new frontier !
Funny i can remmber getting told not to refer to applications but software in computing
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
SHows how old I am lol
Ironicman · 56-60, M
I remember when pocket analogue TVs were first sold in the 80's and I thought it can't get much better than this. Prior to that I spent many Saturday's afternoons loading up programs from audio cassette on to my ZX spectrum. Those were the days hey?
Ironicman · 56-60, M
I forgot to say, all that whilst listening to Adam and the Ants Kings of the Wild Frontier album on my parents music centre
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
ah the good old days
waiting half an hour for a crappy game to load from tape (commodore 64) just to move up/ down
or if an adventure game read a load of stuff then press up or down or left or right
AAAHHH truly the halycon days
pmsfl
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
LOL at kings wild frontier
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
was it a fisher or a sony stack system?
Ironicman · 56-60, M
But it's all we knew back then and we thought it was so cutting edge. My kids roll around the floor in fits when I Show them some stuff on you tube. I remind them that the programmers and developers of this era gave us everything we have today! The only downside of that era was that I could never get my best time for doing the Rubik cube below 2 mins. I still remember all the moves!
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
not sure how this convo relates to the title lol
but nvm
am away to paint a stripe over my nose
Ironicman · 56-60, M
I can't remember but it was all in one with a wood surround, before the stack systems hit mainstream
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
After several attempts I could do the rubiks cube in 3 minutes
that is I could lob the rubiks cube further than anyone of my mates
Ironicman · 56-60, M
That's what I like about SW, how conversations evolve, just like being down the pub
Ironicman · 56-60, M
Lol on the rubiks
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
yep convorsations can sometime go off on a tangent
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
especially if you`re chatting with me lol
😀
Ironicman · 56-60, M
I've added you so will see you when I filter on friends in the news feed. There you go I brought the conversation back to its origin and hopefully you'll add me too as we've obviously got things in common on the age front!
Ironicman · 56-60, M
Cheers for the add, I'll look out for your feeds. Feel free to message or chat about practically anything
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
Thanks and you to
And your original point stands. I was only sure I had added you when yu replied lol
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
This could be the start of a good frinedship
Just as soon as I figure out SW lol
scotsbiguy · 51-55, M

scotsbiguy · 51-55, M
