How do you create groups on here? Im new here and still getting used to how it works

It’s a shame this feature hasn’t been added yet but I think you can create new Groups sometimes by giving a title to a Question and that becomes a new grouping that others can Add ✌️ 😘

The feature hasn't been added yet because there are so many similar groups at this point.
