For anyone who is spiritual . Do you believe in angel miracles? How can I make a miracle come true ?

True story: I always believed angels were a myth until day #6 waiting outside my wife's hospital room praying she would survive her coma and come back to me. A young beautiful nurse suddenly appeared beside me and whispered, "she will be fine...be patient". The angel nurse put her arms around me and held me for what seemed like hours. Then she was gone. 2 days later my wife woke up with a clean bill of health. As we were leaving the hospital our angel appeared and hugged my wife...then me...then gone.
Several weeks later I called the hospital and asked for her by name,( the angel ), the hospital administrator said no such person ever worked there...
