Yes, it's called a back to back t spin triple. You soft drop the T block onto the J and rotate CCW/left twice, and it locks into place, clearing the top set of 3. Repeat with the rest of the overhangs, then maybe downstack with a t-spin mini followed by a 2 wide combo.
T spin triples are the most powerful move aside from perfect clears, especially when done back to back like this.
Note that this isn't possible in older versions of the game that don't have true SRS. Gameboy sort of allows for last minute T spin double, but it doesn't count for anything. This setup is mostly for marathon mode, but if you can manage to get one or two t spin triples in battle, it's super powerful.

Here is the setup in action, if the GIF works:

@TetrisGuy What's with the ghost T?

Once you get really good at tetris, you start going much faster and barely use soft drop. You just hard drop so it helps align the piece with the stack so you don't lose precious moments judging the distance.

For instance this is my top speed:

(hit load at the bottom)
It's not remotely like Blizzy, who shattered his own world record and got a newsworthy sub 17 sprint today, actually.
Look at blizz. LOOK AT BLIZZ I HAVE NO IDEA HOW ANYONE CAN MOVE THEIR FINGERS FAST ENOUGH AND CORRECTLY ENOUGH TO DO THIS.

Blizz always blows my mind with his sprints.
