'No interesting questions except cliche questions?

'Where are you from? Single or married? What do you do for living? Where do you live?.....'

Are there no more interesting questions in order to get to know someone except these boring cliche questions, which absoluetly does not give away anything about one's personality except some superficial judgements.

Well i think one has to be patient. Someone reaching out and wanting to know you is a beautiful thing. Some one might not be gifted at conversation opening. But then the process may begin of peeling off the onion and then the real deal and real person starts revealing ..the process is beautiful. Judging and discarding a cover of the book is not always smart or fair thing to do, is it?..
