Why do some people on SW defend evil?

You know, saying things like "Hitler did nothing wrong" and "Ted Bundy was just misunderstood". Do these people really want to live in a world of murderers and mass murderers? If so, why?

well, i suppose most already know they're not getting any so they revert to 'trollism'.

i'm a troll but... now days i don't qualify because i don't troll to 'attack' or 'piss everyone off at an attention seeking device'

trolling, the old ways are real hard work, i'm getting too old for that kind of elaboration and designation.
