big question. Easier to think about examples of love; A mother caring for her child; a senior citizen taking care of their spouse even when their spouse's mind has stopped recognizing him or her; A stranger offering a little extra to someone in need without needing to know how they will spend it; a dog sitting or lying extra close to someone who is having a bad day; a busy friend who is willing to take time to listen; a special needs child most of the time; a dad who can't sleep until he hears the door open and knows that the last child is safely in for the night; a God who creates beauty and variety in nature and in you. Love is at it's best as an action and often a recipe for disappointment when treated only as a feeling or an attraction. Just my thoughts.
