Do you find yourself muting or blocking people who constantly complain?

I have mixed feelings. Obviously they’re hurting and need help but at the same time, it’s hard to see on a regular basis. 😒

It also helps to pay attention to what they’re actually saying any how often it happens . Are they looking for support or pity
