Why is this such a bully site ?

I guess I can’t ask questions on here now because of certain bullies I’m not mention names but some people like to torturer others on here when they need help. I use YA but on there now they delete your questions. This place is worse than Yahoo. Are there any other asking question sites I can use that has no trolls no bullies ? Why are people such trolls on here ?
