Is it safe for women to tell their real full name on here and post a picture of herself, unfiltered?

Posting your picture is one thing, but telling your real full name doesn't seem like such a good thing to do. Perhaps your first name, in a Private Message to a select few, might be okay, but not to the entire populace of Similar Worlds.
