No idea. WINNER blocked me a long time ago and I can't really remember what his questions were like. That other one hasn't blocked me.

@Rutterman He was the one who stipulated no "Non Americans" answer. He got worse after that, so I reported him and he was removed but has since come back as AMERICA1ST.

@SW-User Exactly right. Half the people I know have been blocked by him and it was for that reason.
