Oh I thought America1st was a parody account of Winner, but I can't seem to find Winner so I'm guessing it must be him and he's just changed his name.

@SW-User There's this one guy, I forget his name, who often posts really far-right stuff in the vein of WINNER, et al., but he is a parody account and has admitted it. But this guy seems to be the real deal, sadly enough.
