I think that the whole question is moot. If God exists and is all powerful, He could use whatever method he chooses to create stuff, including evolution.... or not!

I believe in creation as described in the bible. However, evolution and creation are not mutually exclusive. God could easily have started the evolutionary process when He created the universe.
