Can anyone tell me how to get my profile picture to go up-and-down not sideways?

You have to edit the picture and rotate it, then re-upload. It's kind of a pain, because even if you rotate it, SW might not upload it properly positioned. But, if you keep trying, it'll be right side up. I've done it before. Just don't feel like wasting time doing it for this one.
