It's been years and years since I set foot in EP but something made me think of it last night and I was pretty shocked to discover that it is no more... In truth I felt a bit devastated that a place which had been very important to me at one point in my life has just disappeared.

I feel like there aren't that many places on the internet anymore where people can be truthful and make meaningful connections, so despite being corrupted by various things (as everything on the internet eventually, inevitably does) sites like Experience Project and help.com (anyone else remember that place?) are special. They've gotten me through the darkest times in my life. I don't know if I'll stick around here, but I'll see what it can offer. I also simply miss writing down my thoughts, so maybe this will encourage some of the ol' introspection.
