Decided to sign up to this site after stumbling across it indirectly through a post on the Experience Project and upon being interested in it found it had already been closed. Never been much one for the usual 'social media platforms' and their High School-esque cliquishness but it seemed intriguing to me that there was a site like this that seemed to be purposefully trying to sidestep that problem. Perhaps not perfectly, far too new here to tell, but I plan to spend some time here and find out for myself. I'm a writer with an insatiably curious mind, interested in seeing if I will perhaps be able to meet some intriguing people on here and just maybe give me something vaguely(emphasis on vaguely) constructive while awake at strange hours.

You will no doubt meet some very intriguing people on SW...

My advice; stay away from religious debates, Trump, and sex. Otherwise crack on lol

Ah, but those are the juiciest bits! No pun intended. Well maybe just a little intended.

@UndeadPrivateer: Yep, they are. But you'll no doubt end up getting irate to the point of massive frustraution at the levels of idiocy displayed by some of the more ignorant fools who post on here.

@sleepyhead: While I'm not the biggest fan of Terry Goodkind's writing style or content I find that the Wizard's First Rule from his Sword of Truth series is quite incredibly true, especially here on the internet. That rule being, "People are stupid. They believe things mainly because they either want them to be true or fear them to be true." One should never be surprised by human idiocy, and no one is exempt from it. We all have our 'dumb' moments.

Mmmm, human philosophy from a slightly kinky sex post. Starting off strong.

@UndeadPrivateer: People are definitely stupid.
