this is starting to suck answers when it usually took 2 mins to answer or less on ep its taking either 10mins-1hr or more to answer, not only me but others as im seeing too sigh

I think once people get used to the systems and there are more users about, then answers will be posted much more frequently. I can't say that I've had too much trouble with long waits thus far, but I live in a different time zone to most of the world, so I'm also used to it
