THE TRUTH ABOUT MEN. I am an Australian writing a (predominantly) verbatim stage play about ALL men (any age) and our inner-most thoughts, fears, delusions, dreams and experiences from birth to death. The verbatim style of theatre means I draw on dialogue taken from real people through what they say in interviews, recordings, forums, etc. I just stumbled on EP a month after it shut down. There is so much resource material on that website but I cannot contact the authors. So, if you were once on EP but are now here, I am looking for you (men) to contribute in the same way, to speak your truth from the heart, for my play (which I want to tour internationally). This means you can send me what you posted on EP or what you have written on this site, and with your permission I will potentially use part or all of your words (potentially edited) for my play. Anonymity is guaranteed. The way I operate, is that I send you a few questions and you respond. A few days later or a week later I send some more. You just respond if you feel you have something to contribute to the document. You may have already written something that I will use. I can send you a copy of the first 11 page draft which already includes dialogue from a dozen men. A question(s) might be: What do you remember about the birth of your children? How did that change you? Please message me and help get this play written. Thanks.
p.s. As there is no way you can message me on this website, please go to https://www.facebook.com/TheTruthAboutMen and send me a message.

Q What do you remember about the birth of your children?
A Not a thing.
(But in Italian it sounds 'much nicer'!)
