How do you see the most recent posts on here?

Apologies, newbie here. So how do you see the most recent posts on the timeline? I’ve been messing around with all the settings, but it still shows me posts from like 2 days ago, and they surely can’t be the most recent!

The feed does its own thing and hides a lot of posts from you. It will also show posts in random order. There's the "new" button above the feed that helps to show at least some new posts, but not all.
