Why do people care if people on here are annoyed by their posts?

“I hope I don’t annoy you”. Who cares if they’re annoyed.

"It annoys me that you think you've been annoying." That confuses them.
Most times they haven't said anything slightly annoying and they'll say "I hope I don't annoy you."
